The Delivery Process

Our delivery process is designed for transparency and efficiency. Here’s what you can expect:

Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, our warehouse team begins processing it immediately.

  • If the item is in stock and payment is confirmed, your order will be ready for courier pickup the next business day.

  • To ensure the fastest processing, we recommend paying via credit card or using an EFT to a Lenovo Online-supported bank.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

During checkout, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date based on your order details and location.

  • After payment is received, you will get an Order Confirmation email containing your reference number.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send a Shipment Confirmation email with an invoice number, indicating that your package is with our courier.

  • You can track your order using the invoice number, shipment number, or order number via our tracking system [here].

  • Updates on your delivery status will be sent via email or SMS.

Delivery to Your Door:

We partner with trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy, DPD, and RTT to ensure secure and on-time delivery. Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your package is out for delivery, you will receive a notification with an estimated arrival time.

In-Stock Items:

  • The estimated delivery times listed above apply to products marked as "In Stock" at the time of ordering.

  • If an item is out of stock, additional processing time may be required, and we will keep you informed of any changes.

Delivery Delays: While we aim to meet the estimated delivery dates, external factors such as extreme weather conditions, courier delays, or strikes may impact delivery schedules. If any unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Remote & Rural Areas: For deliveries to remote or rural locations, please allow for additional delivery time as some areas do not have daily courier services.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa. PO Box addresses are not supported.

  • At present, Lenovo Online does not offer international shipping. However, certain digital products, such as software licenses, may be available for international purchase.
