The Delivery Process

Order Processing

  • Once your order is placed, our warehouse team begins processing it immediately.

  • If the item is in stock and payment is confirmed, your order will be ready for courier pickup the next business day.

  • To ensure the fastest processing, we recommend paying via credit card or using an EFT to a Lenovo Online-supported bank.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking:

During checkout, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date based on your order details and location.

  • After payment is received, you will get an Order Confirmation email containing your reference number.

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will send a Shipment Confirmation email with an invoice number, indicating that your package is with our courier.

  • You can track your order using the invoice number, shipment number, or order number via our tracking system [here].

  • Updates on your delivery status will be sent via email or SMS.

Delivery to Your Door:

We partner with trusted couriers such as The Courier Guy, DPD, and RTT to ensure secure and on-time delivery. Deliveries are conducted from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Once your package is out for delivery, you will receive a notification with an estimated arrival time.
